Hello- I made a claim dispute against a Ebay seller, I discovered a crack in the frame on the $4000 bicycle the Ebay seller sent me 10 days after I received the bike, I barely rode the bike, the crack was covered up with a chain guard protector. The seller has a no refund policy, I provided all the documentation Pay Pal asked for so Pay Pal sends me an email that if I return the bike they will refund the $4000 payment, then a few hours later I get a second email from Pay Pal stating that they have denied my claim. I called Pay Pal, their customer service rep. said if I had already shipped the bike they would refund the $4000, well I didn't ship because they had denied my claim.
Do I have any other recourse?, Pay Pal is not making any sense. I called Pay Pal back and spoke with a claims agent and they said to call my credit card company and they might help, and the agent could not give me an answer why they denied the claim after previously honoring the claim.
Any ideas on what I can do?
