I have been printing labels with paypal for years now. All of a sudden over the past 2 days the shipping window is just spinning.
I have not changed browsers, made any updates, or restarted my laptop since last being able to print without issue.
My browser is Chrome 71.0.3578.98
This issue occur in Firefox and IE as well. It also occurs when trying to generate a label from the paypal website on my phone.
Any ideas?
Edit: it is still broken in chrome, firefox, and IE...but it works in Edge. A good enough workaround
