Hi, We've just launched a rewritten version of our website (old was php, new is Ruby on Rails). We tested using the PayPal-Ruby-SDK and sandbox and had successful payments being fed back into our system. However, over the weekend we went live with the new site, updating our config to use live rather than sandbox, and using the live client_id and secret. We have had a couple of payments via the new system, which have resulted in callbacks to us and the transactions recorded in our database (showing Payment_id, Payer_id, token, amount, and executed_at) but NO payments are showing in our Paypal account. We've checked our payment link and when we hit Paypal's website we are definitely not using the sandbox. I've raised a ticket with support this morning and have spoken with Paypal but no one has been able to use the Payment_ID to be able to search for transactions. Does anyone have any similar experience when switching from sandbox to live please? Thanks Ian
