If you experience an issue with an item you have purchased, you may be entitled to a refund via the PayPal Purchase Protection program. You will be covered if the item you purchased is eligible for cover and if the following conditions apply:
You didn't receive your item.
The item you received is notably different from its description.
Under our PayPal Purchase Protection program, the warranty is not covered. If you would like more information about our policies, please read our User Agreement. Click 'Legal Agreements' at the bottom of any PayPal page, and then click 'User Agreement for PayPal Service'.
In this case, you would need to contact the seller directly.
