Good luck with getting anything done. I don't have the money to fight back. I ordered a quilt and never received it. I have contacted the company numerous times, contacted DHL that tells me it wasn't received to be shipped, contacted PayPal to dispute it and was told that it was resolved because the company sent it..... A whole bunch of people were scammed! I finally received my “quilt” over 2 months AFTER I was charged for it. It’s not a quilt, it’s a piece of fabric with trim. I ordered a twin quilt on November 24, 2018 after seeing the quilts on FB. The quilt was supposed to arrive prior to Christmas. After New Years I tried contacting these people via e-mail and never received a response. About 3 weeks ago I received an e-mail that said the quilt was in route . Never received it. Two of my coworkers also ordered quilts. One was told by DHL that the routing number was not valid. My other coworker finally received her quilt 3 months after ordering. She ordered a twin size. What arrived was a joke. The quilt is a very flimsy piece of fabric and it’s more appropriate as a baby blanket. It’s not a twin size. We all paid over $50 for a product that looks nothing like the picture in the ad. I have already contacted PayPal and requested a refund. Companies are not supposed to charge until they ship. I haven’t seen the ad on FB again. I would like to alert as many people as possible. I’m sure these people will just change their name an start their scam again under a new name. ... View more
