1st, there is an unautherized charge on my account and paypal won't talk to me about it because i used the wrong name when i signed up for this account. i got the account name confused with the name on the credit card(i used my moms card). 2nd, i want to do a name change and i was sent a message with some confusing info on it. i need some clarification but i can't get anyone that speaks english to help me. 3rd, i don't know if the paypal reps that have been emailing me just don't understand english well, r intentionally blowing me off, or they're just dumb but they seem to not understand what i'm telling them in messages. can anyone please help me? i'm desperate. they're driving me crazy. this has been going on almost 2 weeks now. i would just use another service but they have a monopoly on this service. does anyone maybe know the number to the coporate office? ps. i know the title says 2 problems and this is 3.
