Hi, A few days ago I mistakenly bought the same game twice on G2A and they have on their site the feature to get refunded one of them, as long as they key is unrevealed (which one of them is, one I have used it) . I messaged them and unfortunately it is a human-moderated feature, and it's already been a few days without any trace of an answer. Can I somehow refund my money through paypal? (the payment was completed through paypal and is somehow PayPal's fault, because it gave me a dead wait animation, while the transaction has been completed, that's why I tried to do it again) Thanks.
