@noellec Do a search for the Transaction ID in your email inboxes to see if you received PayPal email confirmation which should have the person's email address and name on it and even mailing address if they included it. For privacy reasons, I not sure if PayPal will tell you the info if you gave them the transaction ID to search but you can contact them: Click HELP at the top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, scroll down to click CALL US. You can also block them on social media.
