Recently sold an item on grailed. Accidentally sent a slightly different item and didn't notice so I gladly offered a full refund. Buyer said they would ship back for a refund and opened an item not described as expected. That was about 9 days ago and since then they've been completely unresponsive on grailed as well as through paypal. Buyer still has my item and I don't have the money because of the claim and I cannot get into contact with them. Please help? Do I escalate it to PayPal? If I call them will they help?
