Engraving both requested names is a significant problem. The whole purpose of this company’s advertisement and marketing of the sales was that they were putting a personal touch to gift idea by adding your name on the board game Jenga with two names. I did not order Jay & Michell Yes this is a significant unacceptable error in their behalf they most likely shipped my order to Jay and Michelle. How can Paypal decide oh well you got a game I don’t know why you’re upset so just send it to your get over it and have a good laugh. Yes I got a game but it wasn’t the game I was ordering I was ordering a monogram game that had a special touch add to it was with my family’s name. When ordering the game they ask you what two name you want on it and then an image appears showing you how it looks with the two selected names before you accept the order, place the order and then be connected to PayPal. Seriously this is wrong to allow this in their favor that it’s OK to advertise monogrammed gifts and then to allow them to send the wrong one out and by showing them that their error in business is acceptable.
