Whenever I try to add a bank account, I get an error message. I've tried calling customer service and each time they tell me to wait 48 hours so they can refresh my account but it never works. They said there's no way they can verify my identity. I am trying to receive a payment I was sent and I got an email saying that I have to accept the payment by January 24, 2019 or they'll send the money back to the sender. How do I fix this?
