So i woke up today and i had a permanent limitation on my account, and idk what happened, or what i did and i don't exactly understand anything that's happening and please, i wanna know of a solution to resolve this, i sent an email through the customer support, but they havn't replied yet, but i would like to still understand what's going on much faster, please someone, this is very troubling to me and i need the money that's locked on the account and idk what to do.
