I bought a large purchase at Victoria's Secrets but had to return it for a very important reason. My girlfriend wanted the funds to be able to send her daughter to Florida on a trip that she didn't have enough funds to cover her travel costs. So I went to Victoria's Secrets pled my case and recieved my refund that very night back to PayPal expecting to find the funds on the PayPal website the next day. NOT! WHY? Why isn't it a instant transfer or at least a 3 day transfer I've waited my 3 days and no money. WHERE is my money? Does anybody have any experience they can share on this subject that they can share that will help me?
