I recently ordered something from photoscup.com. PayPal charged me but no notifications from seller and no item delivered. Tried calling PayPal but can never get through

Hi! I placed and order through paypal 12/2. I have not heard anything from the seller regarding my order. I have emailed them five times and have tried to contact paypal as well no response there either. The merchant does not have a phone number on their site, which I find disturbing. How can I check my status of the order? I was not a paypal member when i made the purchase
