Are you sure it's free? No monthly fees? I was told that there are monthly charges. Also, I was charged a fee for underpayment of postage, but that package weight was verified by the postal service when I dropped it off. Suddenly it was 2x the weight. I was able to ship using flat rate, however to find some of the alternates like Regional Box A, I had to click by weight and then I found what I was looking for. In any case, I'm deeply offended that it was not made complete obvious that we were going to be charged a subscription. **bleep** that. I'm especially annoyed with the videos since what I really want from Paypal is to have reliable services like multi-order shipping which I have become dependent on.  It is not working.  Word of mouth is POWERFUL.  If people can't shut up about your amazing products and convenient services, then WOM will be positve.  If you toss money on a stupid logo update and commercials instead of having a reliable product, people will be frustrated and go to other products. ... I have to say this is fairly annoying.  I use these services for professional reasons.  When it becomes unreliable, I have to seek other options.   Wbesites go down all the time.  Why some people think this is somehow not normal must beliving in a fantasyland where everything is perfect.  (I'm sort of tired of people complaining about the health care exchanges.  Seriously, shut up about it.)    I will most likely be going straight to the source - the USPS - to buy other shipping.  Unfortunately, I wanted to buy first class, and the post office website only allows people to buy Priority Mail flat rate.  Like I can't weigh my own stuff.   Going to try it in IE.  I have Firefox.  But when I tried yesterday, I got the same error message in BOTH.   Not feeling hopeful.  Hating on the site right now. ...
