I have opened a business paypal account and have successfully verified my bank and KYC details. I got an email from paypal stating that I can now receive local and international payments. Despite of all this, my customers are still not able to send me money. They get an error saying 'payment could not complete. please return to merchant site to choose another mode of payment'. Also, when I log into my account, a message pops up saying that I need to complete setup to start receiving payments but I have already followed all steps. I've emailed multiple times but haven't had any reply, called but no one seems to bother clearing up this issue. I've lost customers due to this error. Can anyone help me fix this?
