Hi, since i am close to the £2500 overall funds. Paypal need to verify my details and have put me on a limitation. The problem i am having is upon opening my paypal account i had a friend do all the work for me and he stupidly put his name on my paypal.. i no longer see my friend as he has left town but now i cannot update my details because he put his name on the account instead of mine.. all the other details are mine.. address, bank details and even the paypalme link is in my name. But i cannot update because hes name is on the title.. now my money is trapped and being used as ransom.. what can i do please help
