Dear Paypal,
I have a Paypal Business Account. Our business provides a legal service and does not send any goods.
Recently a client opened a dispute that 'goods were not received'. He had paid for our legal services and then has tried to claim back all the funds after we provided him with our service and advice.
The dispute pages kept asking me to provide package tracking information. Of course, there is no package tracking as there were no goods.
Secondly, the invoices we send clients for our service seems to be based on goods being sent rather than services received.
Is there a business payment model that deals specifically with selling a service rather than goods?
Secondly, how can I engage in a dispute re goods not having been received / delivered when there arn't any and naturally no tracking information. If the dispute is escalated will Paypal understand this as part of the dispute?
