Under my pages for a refund, there's a column called "Messages from Sellers(1)." Which means, presumably, that there's a message from the seller. But, there's nothing there. And, it's very frustrating here with PayPal that I literally can't just send an email to them. Any kind of help is immediately shown as multiple palettes of probably, but not real, problems like mine.
