I'm wanting to withdraw money from my paypal balance to my local bank account. The card it currently wants me to send it to (the one I originally had attached to my PayPal account) is out of date and the cards I've subsequently tried to add won't work. When I try to add new cards, Paypal says they don't support 'instant transfer' and won't let me proceed. That's ok, I don't mind if it doesn't transfer instantly but I do need to transfer to my bank account! Has anyone had this issue? The odd thing is that the out of date card that PayPal will let me send the money too is the same account as the new card I've been trying to add... so why it's saying a different thing I don't know!
