I was robbed by a seller who didn’t send me what I ordered. PayPal told me I would get a full refund if I sent them tracking information. Unfortunately, they wouldn’t tell me where to upload the tracking information. I was unable to upload to resolution center as I purchased on a guest account. I sent 16 emails asking for clarification on how to upload tracking info as they continued to tell me to upload the the open case in the resolution center, which did not exist. PayPal stopped responding and told me today my refund has been canceled for failure to upload tracking information. Now I cannot reach anyone. Message center says no one is available. I can’t help but thought I’d let you know you’re not alone. Im in a similar situation but not thru age but by illness, so am going backwards and forwards receiving treatment, so when a seller tries to rip me off I need support........ there is no support via any means, online help, Facebook or telephone (there is a respond now button on the claim, guess what....even that doesn’t work.
