So here's what happened to me. I had some money in my PayPal account and I also had money in my Bank Account, which was linked and confirmed, to my PayPal. I bought an item off Wish.com which cost more money than what I had in my PayPal, but I had enough funds of the item in my Bank Account. The item was around 9 Euro and I had much more than that in my Account, but I only had around 5 Euro in my PayPal. I ordered the item with my PayPal. I assumed PayPal would just take the balance due from my Bank Account and everything would be OK. Instead, PayPal banned my Bank Account and card and labelled it as a "bad instrument". My account went into deficit and I had to ask a relative to send me money to balance my PayPal. The order went through and all of that however my Bank Account/card is marked as "bad" and I can no longer link it to my PayPal. Is there a way I can link it again? It was an accident and an honest mistake. I also do not want my name or bank labelled as bad as I really did not do anything wrong. PayPal (the app) did not give a proper explanation on how to transfer funds from my Bank to my PayPal and I assumed it would just take it automatically. Please help. Thanks.
