Purchased a watch and used Paypal credit. The watch didn't arrive by the expected date, I waited another 2 days, then contacted the seller who has said: Sorry the payment hasnt cleared with paypalhence the reason i havent dispatched it. Paypal are saying it will take 21 days to clear. (verbatim) I can't find anything to suggest this should be the case.
