I work as a writer-for-hire. I sent a story to one person and a PayPal invoice and now I found out he has blocked me, and of course he hasn't paid the invoice. Can PayPal keep on sending the invoice? I have his email. Can PayPal try and pester him so he pays? Thanks. I feel so bad because I wasted so much time in crafting the perfect story.
