I recently bought something from ASOS, but cancelled the order immediately after. I've asked for clarification from an ASOS live chat, and they said that Paypal was holding onto my money for now.
The money was taken out of Load&Go Card, but when will I receive that money back? Currently, underneath recent activity it says the below:
