I tried to make a transaction online for an airline, and after I processed the payment using PayPal I realised there was an error and it was charging way more than I previously thought. I contacted the airline and they cancelled the upgrade I just purchased, but said they didn't receive the payment yet so couldn't refund me.
My PayPal was linked to a bank account, and there wasn't enough money in the account. So I was never charged.
Sounds good! BUT:
I disputed the payment immediately but it's been denied by PayPal. I don't understand why I have to pay PayPal now for a service that never occurred. They never paid the airline, so why do I have to pay PayPal??
