So like a week ago i was able to withdraw money just fine. But now i cant. I have everything verified. I am a paypal member for over 3years. Bank account is in positive balance also my visa card is active and no blocked or anything. Paypal balance is not pending or anything. Also im not in dispute or that stuff. I also tried to withdraw to my debit card... no luck. Im not limited by any numbers. Im from slovenia,EU. So basically im stuck because my money cant flow any my business is colapsing.
