Hi i have gone through paypal to get a refund because I bought something online it was customised however it didn't meet my expectations I had contact the company who said they would try fix it but after asking them twice they still couldn't get the item right so I asked for a refund. The woman told me to email her team and after Four attempts they didn't even get back to me. So I went through paypal to get a refund. Paypal contacted the company who then sent me the wrong item. Now the company shouldn't have sent it because I didn't authorise the item. I told paypal soon as it arrives I will send it back which I did. Last night I got an email from paypal saying they won't refund me. Where do I go from here
