hi kernowlass, thank you for the answer. Sending a credit card statement just does not make sense, as such a document can easily be forged. It also contains sensitive private information which does not make sense to have to send to an Internet company. I've tried to follow the links where one can send an email To PayPal, but it comes back with an error message, not giving the email address. I also tried to phone, but they Try to put you through to another department, and then you are on hold for ever How can I get hold of PayPal directly? Thanks
