I saw someone posted the same problem on the community and seems the problem hasn't been resolved yet.
See to the screenshot below for the said Problem.
I've tried to contact support but the form seems not functioning well, the msg can't be sent try again later.
BTW I just added a credit card and it was a success, Im not quite sure if the Linking of the card is fully done yet, because the reimbursement hasn't return till now.
