hi i get an e-mail anouncement from PayPal that seller to who I returned package has refund my payment:
"Merchant Valentino Marcoccia refunded $ 41.95 for your purchase on September 4, 2018 Amount has been returned to your PayPal account. It will be available around 1 November 2018."
but money still are not on my account, what can I do ???
