So PayPal did a weird thing. According to a clothing company, they refused a transaction but wouldn’t reveal why. So the clothing company wants an alternative payment method. But PayPal has not been in touch with me to tell me there’s a problem with my account, and my account details have not changed in any way. So is PayPal being weird - and if so why? Or is the clothing company pretending to accept PayPal but actually wants to avoid their fees? Advice welcome
