@Getting_Tired64  Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country. Dependent on country some phone options work occasionally but do NOT use google to find alternative numbers because scammers post fake paypal numbers that are picked up on a google search. Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter? You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages. Yow Man :  Never put your acct . no . & bank name online !  Ever hear of " hackers ? "  They will gobble you up like a Thanksgiving turkey & then spit the bones out .  Remember to be very careful not to disclose  " case sensitive " material on the PC .  You should change you acct . no. fast !   Hope this helps .  Until next time .  Over & out . ... @JOHNNY-DANGER-5    I already told them that a chargeback was an option in BOLD in the last sentence of my post. However a lot of banks don't cover you and some cards do not cover 'not as described' goods so going straight to your bank or card means if they decline you then can't open a paypal dispute.   As many folks have received refunds ''eventually'' from paypal then best they file with paypal first and then they have the option of a chargeback if that does not work. ... Here is some advise to all Paypal users .  When buying a product,  I know from  past experience that the name  of the seller changes after you paid , that is shown on your invoice !  So you should Google in that info to view customer´s reviews .  If it´s a scam it´s not to  late to get your $$ back fast .  Here´s what I do .  I don´t waste my time contacting Ebay , Esty , or Paypal filling out countless complicated forms and have to wait who knows how long for a solution .  I simply contact my bank report a purchase scam, provide them with all the info . E mail address , ect. ect. ect.  & get my refund within 10 days !  No fuss no muss.  No mumbo jumbo !   But be advised that sometime Paypal views this as " suspicious activity " & restricts your acct.  So then they want a photo I. D., PDF of your bank statement , a password change  & blah , blah , blah .  Turns out this can be a " horror show " if you know what I mean , & is time consuming .  And don´t wait 2 months for your item .  If you don´t get it by the delivery date , take action right away .  Remember , " if you snooze , you loose ! As of March 2020 Paypal started charging fees for money returned !  Will you get it back ?   Don´t hold your breath .  The answer is no .  I sent GBP to London & because of problems with Paypal´s hidden agenda the seller sent the GBP´S back to me .  I lost $135.82 USA.  The charge should have been only $ 50.00 max .  Still trying to resolve this with Paypal , but all I get is " automatic responses " full of " mumbo jumbo ! "Instead of asking the seller for a refund , just call your bank & cancel the payment .  Then you avoid Paypal´s fees .   International buyers check every option carefully .   ... View more
