Hello all.
Firstly, apologies for this probably very obvious & simple, basic question, & if I have posted in the wrong area.
An eBay seller just made a refund of £8.98 to my PayPal account, & this amount is showing up as a + on the activity page.
Here is my confusion: Though I theoretically have £8.98 PayPal credit, when I attempt to pay with PayPal, all the while assuming I have the refunded money in my account that is shown in green as £8.98, the payment is refused.
Do I have to do something to access this refunded money/wait a certain amount of time etc etc, I am confused.
Any help will be gratefully received.
