On the 22 October my Westpac Australia linked bank account was charged AUD 256.04 being the AUD conversion of a USD charge by iHerb.  The same AUD amount was charged to the same Westpac Australia bank account on the 24 October, being a duplicate of the earlier transaction.  This is the second time a duplicate bank debit has resulted from a PayPal transaction with iHerb.  On the first occasion the duplicate debit stayed on my Westpac statement for several days and then disappeared, leading me to suspect that it was likely a bank problem related to FX conversion, not a PayPal error.
