I’ve just an email saying quote “The payment is in your pending balance because this transaction may involve a higher than usual risk. As long as there's no transaction issue between you and the buyer, the funds will be available to you in the morning of 16 November 2018.” Really! 3 weeks away?!? That doesn’t sound right!!.. Can anyone help? Yes the email is addressed to my exact full name and looks like the real PayPal. It also does say “on hold” in my Paypal account and not too sure about why that is the case too. I’ve asked a few times people and possibly tried all the scenarios, but I’m not sure of the next step. Any more professional advice would be very much appreciated. Thank you. ... View more

Hi there, I’ve had my first payment come through on PayPal and it’s sent me a few emails telling me to ‘claim’ my money. It’s said ‘follow the easy steps by logging into your account’ and I have done that, but can’t seem to find the money anywhere. I have linked 2 separate bank accounts which have been confirmed.
