Dear Forum,
Somehow my eBay account has been compromised last week. I could see in my basket iTunes vouchers and Xbox vouchers being purchased unknown to me.
I managed to delete them all bar two. Then Change my password on my account. One of the purchases I didn't stop, i messaged the seller told them what had happened and they kindly refunded the transaction.
The last one which is causing me great trouble & hardship is an iTunes voucher for £15 bought for £12.50. As the payment went through the seller emailed a picture to my account when it was hacked of the iTunes code on the card. Hence I cannot ask for refund now. i have to go through the dispute option.
On Paypal i cannot see my transaction becuase it wasn't cash i was moving. the payment was linked to my credit card. In the resolution center there is no transaction.
How do i contact paypal when there is no email address, no online chat and when you ring them its all automated, no actual person to speak to.
