I my acvount has been put on limitation. I send my identity card which was accepted but I have no utility bill, I dont use gas, elecricity we pay tokens, water is rain water harvested in tanks...I live in Kenya. I use Mpesa for bank account ... what other document can I use as proof, I feel discriminated and like Paypal doesnt understand everyone's lifestyle
