Unable to transfer money to prepaid card

I have contacted customer service on both ends, paypal  does not show that I have attempted a transfer, paypal prepaid claims the problem is not on their end. I have tried to re link the card as instructed without success. this has been ongoing since August what the heck do I do to make this work? ... View more
