Hello all, I had noticed an unauthorised transaction in my Paypal and my bank account of a seller from Digital River Ireland, Ltd. I have contacted my bank and they have charge backed the amounts because it was confirmed unauthorised. So now there is only $200 USD pending for Paypal to process and refund to me. I reported my case on the 11 October and Paypal closed the case last week determining that the transition was in fact unauthorised. I had also called them last week to confirm that I will get the refund.. However when I login and check the transaction it says: We couldn't provide any refund on the transactions listed.. What does this mean? Do I have to chargeback this with my Bank too? <removed>
