Hi. I'm writing about my recent transaction with Paypal and Unionbank. I transfered money from Paypal to Unionbank but the money I transferred didn't reflect to my bank account. I have been using cashin method from PayPal to Gcash for more than a year now. However, when I cash in today, I wasn't able to receive the cashin amount in my Gcash account But it was already deducted from my PayPal. I've already called GLOBE - Gcash Department and they said that they're having issues and verifying issues from Paypal to Gcash. And that the transaction did not reflect on my Gcash account. And I have received a message from Gcash saying "Sorry! Your PayPal to Gcash transaction was declined by PayPal. Kindly contact PayPal for further assistance."
