Hi, I have money in My PayPal account which has now turned into a Cash Plus account for some reason it’s not allowing Me to transfer the money to My debit card. It keeps giving a error message! I am unable to reach a live person. I want to take My money off of PayPal and transfer it to My debit card. This is really frustrating, I just want my money. Please help me!
