Help I noticed a payment to Uber technologies. Hi idea what this is so I looked at other payments and to my shock the first payment was June 2020 ongoing until now. Random amounts. I never authorised this and I don't even know what it is. It didn't even stop when I got a new card so it's literally set-up on my PayPal account. It's so frustrating as I can't contact them plus PayPal doesn't seem to have a way I can contact them. I feel stupid that I didn't notice it but it's been a few pounds here and there going up to £22 so I've just not noticed. Any help would be great. I've cancelled it now but I'm so angry they've taken hundreds all together.

Hello. I've received a refund, it appears on payPal that it's happened but it says the money is in my bank account. I've checked and there is nothing there, not even pending. And no money in my PayPal wallet. It's no where! Any help would be good?
