Good day, I have a problem when it comes pruchasing things. I tried sending somebody money over but I constantly get the error message: "Sorry, we couldn't verify it's you" whenever I try to send money to that person. I was forced to send the money over as "friends and family" since whenever I use the "goods and services" option, it would come with the above mentioned error message. I can send money to some people and businesses just fine with the "goods and services" option but with some others it cause the error message to pop up. Is there someway to fix it? I can log in my account just fine, btw. Did I do something wrong without realizing it.
