Hi    We receive advance payment for all our goods. Till now(July'18) were not able to get a SB as we were sending goods via IndiaPost and DHL ecommerce. What should be the correct Purpose code for getting it corrected at Citi? and what Purpose code should we use now? ( now we get SB from everyone I guess )   What are the additional things we should take care while handling and maintaining paper work?  ... View more

Hi, I have been using paypal for the last your years now to do retail exports. I have been shipping my goods via Indiapost and DHL e commerce primarily. One this I haven't been able to figure out ( Now its coming back to haunt me ) , is the whole regulatory setup. So once we get payment from Paypal we ship with via DHL Ecommerce /India post, what all documents do we need to maintain and submit to the bank.
