Almost two months ago, I realized that I could sell merchandise at eBay and sell my goods to my customers in the United States via marketing on this site.
I needed to have a paypal account for registering and verifying my account on ebay. That's why I registered on your site and uploaded the information needed to register and validate the paypal account on your site and thankfully my account was approved. These documents included passport photos and visa card numbers. Also, in order to verify the credit card attached to my account, I entered the 4 digit number of the transaction-related withdrawal amount of $ 1.95 from my account and the paypal account was activated by this.
As you can see, so far, I've transferred funds from my paypal account to my friends account, I've also transferred my credit card and also canceled some of the merchandise sales on eBay, I've paid back to my customers.
At present, the money of goods that I have sold and delivered to customers are available in my account.
As you know, the amount deposited to my account after the sale of the goods, after entering the tracking number, the goods posted on eBay can be picked up in my account.
Meanwhile, the monet of some of the items I have sold on eBay have been returned to the customer due to the expiration of inventory in the warehouse and cancellation of the order, which is also the records are available in my account. Meanwhile, I have not had any complaints from my customers so far and they are all satisfied with the feedback they gave me on eBay.
But unfortunately and in disbelief, I received an email from you a few days ago that you told me that access to my account has been restricted. To remove this restriction, you was asked to send you documents. In the first part, you asked for my passport, which I loaded correctly. In the second clause, you were asked to explain to you about my business, all of which I wrote honestly to you.
But in the third clause you were asked to download a tracking number or shipment invoice for 2 items.
These 2 items were for orders that were canceled due to the expiration of their inventory and the customer's payment was returned to them.
As is clear and you know this, when the custom is canceled, there will be no forwarding and no goods will be sent to the customer, so no tracking number or shipment invoice will be available.
I was shocked that you were asked for the 2 orders that were canceled, tracking number or shipment invoice, and since I did not know what to send to them instead of the page that shows the cancellation of the order I took a photo for you and added some explanations for it and sent it to you.
In the last clause, you also requested the invoice for the items I sent. In random order, I loaded 3 invoices from the items I sent.
Although I am a genuine legal person with valid legal credentials as well as a credible bank account holder in the Mashreq Bank of Dubai, I have confirmed my paypal account with the same bank account As well as all my financial transactions are clearly available on your site, you have closed my account.
You need to know that this will bring you a great deal of harm to my life. I have found it hard for myself and I live my life with the little profit I make.
I kindly ask you to re-verify my account. I can give you any valid credentials you need to reboot my account.
I am still in shock while writing this email and I do not know why, even though all my documents and activities are legitimate and valid, you have blocked my account. This has hit a lot of my marketing credentials on ebay and makes my clients unhappy with me.
