@nisham 1. Do you have a back up card linked to your paypal account as well? 2. Do you use pay after delivery at all? 3. Are those funds cleared and not pending? 4. Have you marked your balance as your prefered funding source......... Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > second down click on update next to your prefered way to pay and put a dot in one of the options listed. 5. Are you new to paypal or have you been able to send payments ok before? 6. Is your account limited in anyway?
