PayPal charges for holding money but try to get it back and they try their hardest to keep it! When you can’t get your own money it’s classed as theft! I wonder if these charges are covered in PPI? Either way this company’s business Bolan seems to be fraud theft and complete corruption! How many more people have to put up with these criminals eBay charges and then these so effectively eBay is charging you twice, THIEVES!!!
