Hello!
To start with, I have my own virtual game where people can purchase virtual goods, game points. Only database I provide to PayPal is my own store, where it shows if player has claimed their points. So it means if someone chargebacking then only proof I send to PayPal is my own store, where it shows the username, transaction id, did he claim it, what time, his name, his last name.
Sadly, my account got limited and I have to provide my invoice. Should I send my store database picture or what I should do? I'm not doing invoices and I do not have any because I am selling virtual goods. The thing is, people buy alot from my game and if my account stays locked I have to move bank. I will wait more 2 days.
