I too purchased tickets from what I thought was Ticket Master, was Ticket Fullfillment Services LP. After hitting deadends with them for cancelation, PayPal, and Amex, I am disgusted. @anthonymiller    Paypal would not be able to check every individual seller / merchant / company in over 200 countries worldwide that adds paypal to their website to accept payments. So they give you 'some' buyer protection but the onus is on you to risk assess your transactions. They do stop bad companies from using Paypal when enough claims start rolling in. ... View more

Where is the protection for the consumers from ticket companies like Ticket Fulfillment? TF takes your money using the "instant transfer" method with PayPal and by doing so both PayPal and the fraudulent Ticket Fulfillment get their money with no possible way to cancel or get a refund. PayPal needs to do a better job of vetting the merchant's that use their service and if that merchant deals in fraud or does not follow through with supplying their products or services, they should be removed from PayPal. Apparently PayPal believes fees are worth more than their Buyers. PayPal protected Ticket Fulfillment during my dispute and gave me no help or resolution. I am now out $1,450 and I have no tickets.
